Cut 139.7 mm (5.5 inch) long piece of 237-3860 Tape and fold it long ways.Note: Once SOLAS tape comes in contact with itself or another piece of tape, it is impossible to remove. So, if you make a mistake, it is likely you will have to cutoff the existing tape and start over.

Insert folded tape between the supply and return line of the fuel manifold.

Start folding the tape over the mating block on both sides.

Cut 254 mm (10 inch) long piece and start wrapping it around the two fuel lines with the edge of the tape against the mating block.

Continue to wrap tape around the fuel lines as shown.

Start pinching the tape together. You will want to make sure that the tape is not on the jumper tube weld block.

Cut a 406.4 mm (16 inch) long piece and fold 127 mm (5 inch) of end long ways. Then, place it between the fuel lines again and wrap around the mating block.

Insert the pinched end of the tape between the fuel rails again.

Push down the folded end on the backside of the fuel rail.

Wrap the opposite end of the tape around the fuel regulator.

Fold the other end.

Insert the folded end through the fuel rail and push down.
