Battery Temperature Sensor Connections
The cables that are to be used for the battery temperature sensor connections are not supplied. The cables that are used must be shielded and twisted pair cables (STP). The wire size of the cable can be .3 mm to 1.5 mm2 (AWG22 to AWG16). The maximum length of the cable is 100 m (328 ft).To ensure sufficient isolation, the cables that are used for the battery temperature sensor control wire cannot be routed with power cables.

Connect the UPS to the battery temperature sensor wiring in the auxiliary cabinet. Refer to Illustration 2.
