Disconnect hose assemblies (1). Remove cover (2).

Disconnect hose assembly (4). Remove fitting (3).

Attach a suitable lifting device to steering cylinder (5). The weight of steering cylinder (5) is approximately 113 kg (250 lb).

Remove bolt (6). Use Tooling (A) in order to remove pin assembly (7) from steering cylinder (5).

Remove bolt (8). Use Tooling (A) in order to remove pin assembly (9) from steering cylinder (5). Remove steering cylinder (5). Installation Procedure
Install steering cylinder (5) in the reverse order of removal.
