Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install spring (12) in cover (13). Install pin (10) in spring (12) and install pin (11) in pin (10).

Install pin (8) in pipe assembly (7). Pull cover (9) over pin (8).

Install control lever assembly (4) and spring (5) on support (6).
