Fabricate two gussets from 10 mm thick, mild structural steel according to the following illustration. ****** IMAGE: SEBE3806.00001.001 CAPTION:

Fabricate the two gussets. Cut out any cracks in the welds for the ejector cylinder mounting bracket. Reweld the bracket to the back of the ejector. Cut an opening in the front side of the ejector. Save the plate that was cut out. ... The top and bottom of the opening should be 787 mm (31") and 584 mm (23") respectively up from the bottom of the ejector. ... The sides of the opening are 102 mm (4") from the vertical centerline of the ejector. ... The gussets should be install 51 mm (2") from the vertical centerline. Using 6 mm (.24") fillet welds, weld the gussets to the three sides of the channel. Weld both sides of the , Using back-up strips, weld the plate that was removed back into place.
