Removal Procedure
Relieve the tension on the belt tensioner and remove the drive belts. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect".

Remove bolts (1) and the washers.
Remove the following items from the end of the crankshaft: vibration damper (5) , pulley (2) and adapter (3) .
Remove bolts (4) .
Separate pulley (2) and adapter (3) from vibration damper (5) .Installation Procedure

Place adapter (3) and pulley (2) on vibration damper (5) . Install bolts (4) . Tighten the bolts to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
Install the following items on the end of the crankshaft: vibration damper (5) , pulley (2) and adapter (3) .
Install bolts (1) and the washers. Tighten all bolts evenly to a torque of 240 40 N m (175 30 lb ft).
Install the drive belt and apply the correct tension. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect".
