The pin, when struck, may fly out with great force. This could cause injury to nearby personnel. Wear safety glasses when removing and installing pin to prevent eye injury.
Replace bucket teeth when worn close to shank. This will prevent shank damage. 1. Drive pin out and remove tooth. 2. Clean shank assembly, pin and washer.(7)Frost Ripper Tooth
3. Install washer, new tooth and pin.4. Repeat procedure for the remaining bucket teeth.

Replace side cutters when worn close to sides of bucket. 1. Remove nuts, washers and mounting bolts. Remove side cutters.2. Install new side cutters. Install bolts, washers and nuts.(9)Street Pads
Replace rubber street pads on bottom of each stabilizer when pads are worn to lower edge of stabilizers. 1. Remove four mounting bolts and remove pads.2. Install new pads.(10)Swing Gear Case
Observe lubricant level frequently if leakage develops or is suspected. Remove fill plug. Maintain lubricant level to bottom of fill plug opening. Add lubricant if necessary. Install fill plug.(11)Seat Post
1. Depress the up-down lever and raise seat to expose inner post.2. Apply lubricant to inner post. Push down on seat until seat lock engages.
