Install Tooling (A) on turbocharger (7), as shown. The weight of the turbocharger is 34 kg (75 lb).
Use a hoist and a suitable lifting sling in order to support the turbocharger, as shown. Install the gasket and turbocharger (7) .

Apply 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of the bolts and nuts that hold the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold.
Install three bolts (9) and the nuts.
Install four bolts (8) and the nuts. Tighten the bolts and nuts to a torque of 55 9 N m (40 7 lb ft).
Remove Tooling (A) .

Install oil return line (6) and the two bolts which hold the line in place.
Install oil supply line (5), any fittings, and the two bolts which hold the line in place.

Install tube (4) and clamp (3). Tighten clamp (3) .
Install air inlet tube (1) and clamp (2). Tighten clamp (2) .End By: Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install".
