Install barrel (27) and spacer (29) on shaft (28).

Install bearing (26) on the shaft.
Position gasket (25) on the housing.

Install race (22).Note: During installation, notch (23) in plate (21) must be aligned with pin (24).

Install housing (18) and bolts (19). The torque for bolts (19) is 33 2 N m (24 15 lb ft).

Install coupling (17).

Install flex plate (16) and the seals.Note: The bronze face of the flex plate must be facing toward the rotor.

Install vanes (15), rotor (14), and ring (13).Note: The vanes must be installed so that the leading edge is facing toward the direction of travel.

Turn the plate onto the opposite side and install seals (11).

Install bearing (10) and retaining ring (9).
