1. Move the machine to level ground. Raise the lift arms to the desired kickout position.2. Rotate plate (9) holding control group (10) on the lift arm until the center of magnet assembly (12) is even with the center of the control group. Tighten two bolts (11).3. Adjust control group (10) so that the gap between the control group on the lift arm and magnet assembly (12) on the frame is 8.0 2.0 mm (.315 .08 in).4. Maximum kickout height adjustment occurs when the lift cylinders have 4.0 1.0 mm (.16 .04 in) travel left.Bucket Positioner
1. Move the machine to level ground.2. Compress the tilt cylinder. Align tube (1) with shaft (4) and position clamp (5) as close to the tilt cylinder tube (13) as possible. Tighten bolts (7).3. Adjust clamp assembly (2) so that the distance between the front edge of the clamp assembly and the front edge of tilt cylinder tube (13) is 327.0 5.0 mm (12.9 .20 in). Position the clamp assembly on the tilt cylinder as shown in view C-C. Tighten two bolts (15).4. Adjust tube (1) so the distance between the front edge of tube and the front edge of tilt cylinder tube (13) is 40.0 5.0 mm (1.6 .20 in). Tighten two bolts (14).5. Turn the start switch key to the ON position. Loosen bolts (6) and slide control (3) back until it is near clamp (2). Verify that the green LED light in the front edge of the control is on. Slide control (3) forward until the yellow LED light in the front edge of the control comes on. Tighten bolts (6).
