PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1. Release the hydraulic system pressure. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Hydraulic System Pressure - Release".
2. Locate the 123-4750 Check Valve in the hydraulic compartment of the machine.

3. Disconnect hose assembly (1) from check valve (2).

4. Remove check valve (2) from adapter (3).
5. Install a 6V-8636 Connector (4) with a new 3J-1907 O-Ring (5) and a new 6V-8397 O-Ring (6) to adapter (3).

6. Attach hose assembly (1) to connector(4).
7. Start the engine of the machine. Adjust the engine to low idle.
8. Operate the quick coupler.
9. Inspect the hydraulic lines for leaks.
