Right Side of Machine
(1) Shift valve
(2) Shift solenoidShift valve (1) is located in the engine compartment on the right side of the machine. The engine compartment cover provides access to the valve.Shift solenoid (2) in shift valve (1) controls flow of charge supply oil to the two-speed circuit in the left and right hydraulic motor. When the solenoid is energized, the left and right propel motors operate at high speed with low torque. When the solenoid is not energized, the motors operate at low speed with high torque.Ports on shift valve (1) are marked for identification as follows:
Port "IN" is the inlet port for charge supply oil.
Port "T" is the return port. Oil from this port is directed to the return manifold.
