Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the control valve (offset). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Control Valve (Offset) - Remove".Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Remove bolts (1), bracket (2), plate (3), and O-ring seals (6) from valve block (11) .
Remove valve block (11) and O-ring seals (22) from valve block (23) .
Remove cap (16), O-ring seal (17), coil (18), cartridge (19) and O-ring seal (20) from valve block (11) .
Repeat Step 3 in order to remove solenoid assembly (21) from valve block (11) .
Remove spring (14), spacer (13), and retainer (12) from valve block (11) .
Remove spring (7), spacer (8), retainer (9), and cartridge (10) from valve block (11) .
Remove plug (4) and spool (5) from valve block (11) .
Remove plug (15) from valve block (11) .
