Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the cab.
Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the attachments have been lowered, oil is cool before removing any components or lines.
Hot oil and hot components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or hot components to contact skin.
Drain the hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change/Clean" for the correct draining and filling procedures.
Drain the power train oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Power Train System Oil And Screens - Change/Clean" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Remove nuts (1) and clips (2).

Remove bolts (3) and clips (4).
Remove bolts (5) and clips (6).

Remove hose assembly (7).

Remove bolt (8) and the clip.
Disconnect hose assembly (9).
Remove hose assembly (10).

Disconnect hose assemblies (11) and (12).
Remove bolts (13) and position manifold (14) and the hose assemblies out of the way.

Remove bolt (16), clip (15), and the spacer. Position hose assembly (17) out of the way.

Disconnect hose assemblies (18).

Disconnect hose assembly (19).

Attach a suitable lifting device to gear pump (power train) (21). The weight of gear pump (power train) (21) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Remove bolts (20) and gear pump (power train) (21).

Remove coupler (22).
Remove the O-ring seal from gear pump (power train) (21).Installation Procedure
Install gear pump (power train) (21) in the reverse order of removal.
