2. Remove the cooler and make 6.0 mm (.25 in) fillet welds around the bosses. 3. Cut two 51.0 mm (2 in) diameter holes thru the radiator guard where the marks were made earlier at location (A). 4. Install cooler (6). Install 2R6276 Connectors (7) and 3D2824 Seals (2) in cooler. 5. Connect 5G2762 Hose Assembly (11) to the right side of the cooler. Connect 5G2763 Hose Assembly (12) to the left side of the cooler.6. Install 9S7739 Union (10) to the other end of the hoses.7. Secure the hoses with 5D0718 Clip (9) and 5M3062 Bolt (8). Close and secure the radiator guard.Valve Body Modifications
1. Remove the bolts and washers holding the cover. 2. Remove the end cap from the control valve body. 3. Install 4Z5794 Plug Assembly (2) with 2M9780 Seal (5), 9S4190 Plugs (4) with 2M9780 Seals (5) and 9S4183 Plugs (3) with 3D2824 Seals (6) in power beyond 4Y3876 Body (1). 4. Install the valve body assembly to existing valves with three rods, washers and nuts at location (A). Fasten valve to tractor bracket with two bolts and washers at location (B). This hardware was removed earlier.2Q5665 Lines Installation
1. Remove the plug. 2. Install 5P1420 Hose (24), that came from the top of the pump, with 3J1907 Seal (20), 5P3501 Adapter (27), 693686 Connector (28) and 6L8700 Clamp (25). 3. Remove the tube and fittings from the tank and valve. 4. Install 7M8485 Seal (14), 5P3466 Elbow (29) and 5G5927 Tube Assembly (30). 5. Install tube assembly (30) to 5G5923 Tube Assembly (31). The other end of 5G5923 Tube Assembly connects to the hose assembly from the right side of the cooler.6. Fasten the tube to the frame with 5P4295 Clip (56), 5S7379 Bolt (40), 5P1075 Washer (41) and 6V8801 Nut (49). 7. Remove existing line and install 2M9780 Seal (57) and 2Q5684 Hose Assembly (35) to the upper port of the valve. Connect the other end of hose assembly (35) to the hose assembly from the left side of the cooler.8. Remove existing line and install 2M9780 Seal (57) and 2Q5714 Hose Assembly (38) in the lower port of the valve. 9. Install 5G5783 Plate (39) to the inside of the right frame rail with two 5S7379 Bolts (40) and 5P1075 Washers (41). Access to the frame rail is under the machine, approximately below the floorboard. 10. Install 7M8485 Seal (14), 4S6680 Connector (43) and 3R9704 Elbow (44) on one side of 9T0599 Tube Assembly (45) and seal (14), connector (43) and 307965 Elbow (46) on the other side of the tube assembly (muffler). 11. Install muffler (45) to plate (39) with two 4L6454 Bolts (47), 5P1075 Washers (41) and 6V8801 Nuts (49).12. Connect 2Q5714 Hose Assembly (38) from the lower port of the relief valve to the 45° elbow on the muffler and 2Q5715 Hose Assembly (52) from the pump to the 90° fitting on the muffler.
