start by: a) remove radiator and guardb) remove fan 1. Remove fan belts (1).2. Remove bolts (2) that hold vibration damper to pulley. Remove vibration damper (3).3. Loosen the bolt (4) that holds pulley to crankshaft about 1/8 inch (3 mm). 4. Install tool setup (A) and loosen the pulley from crankshaft.5. Remove the tool setup (A). Remove bolt (4), washer, and crankshaft pulley.Install Vibration Damper And Crankshaft Pulley
1. Put the pulley (1) on the crankshaft. Install the bolt and washer. Tighten bolt to 230 20 lb.ft. (31,8 2,8 mkg). Hit bolt with a hammer and again tighten to the above torque.2. Put the vibration damper on pulley and install the bolts.3. Install the fan belts. Make an adjustment of belts to have a deflection (movement) of 7/8" (22 mm) under 25 lb.
