Note: The refrigerant hoses are equipped with air conditioner quick disconnects. It is unnecessary to evacuate the refrigerant from the system.
Disconnect two heater hose assemblies (7).
Disconnect two air conditioning hose assemblies (8).

Remove four bolts, four spacers, and eight washers (9).
Use two persons in order to remove roof (10).

Disconnect ground strap (11). Note: The ground strap is located under the right rear corner of the cab.

Remove eleven bolts (12) and access cover (13).

Disconnect two electrical connectors (14).

Remove the bolt and washer (15).
Disconnect three electrical connectors (16).

Remove ten screws (17) and skirt (18).

Disconnect hose assemblies (19) and (20). Note: The hose assemblies are located under the left front corner of the cab.

Disconnect hose assembly (21) from left neutralizer valve (22).

Disconnect hose assembly (23) from right neutralizer valve (24).

Remove pin (25) in order to disconnect parking brake cable.
Loosen adjusting nut (26).

Remove two nuts and washers (27).
Place service brake valve (28) aside.

Disconnect hoses (29).

Install Tooling (A) to the cab, as shown.
Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to Tooling (A), as shown.

Remove front mounting bolt (30). Remove the spacer and mounting pad. Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Remove rear mounting bolt (31). Remove the spacer and mounting pad. Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.
Use the hoist in order to carefully remove the cab. The weight of the cab is 1361 kg (3000 lb).
