Position ring gear hub (29) onto planetary set and install retaining ring (28).

Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to inner planetary assembly (27). The weight of inner planetary assembly (27) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb). Install inner planetary assembly (27).

Use Tooling (H) and a suitable hammer to install seal (25) with lip the side facing the bearing (24). Lower temperature of bearing (24) and install bearing (24). Install retaining ring (23).

Install bearing cup (26).

Install bearing housing (22) and bolts (21).

Attach Tooling (E) and a suitable lifting device to hub (20). The weight of hub (20) is approximately 66 kg (145 lb.). Install hub (20).

Install plate (18) and bolts (17). Install retaining ring (19).

Install plates (15) and friction discs (16). Use drive gear assembly (1) to align plates (15) and friction discs (16).

Install O-ring seals (13) and (14) onto piston (12). Install piston (12). Install set screws (11) into piston (12).

Install cover (9) and bolts (8). Tighten bolts (8) in a star pattern in one turn increments for even spring tension .

Install bearing (5) into gear (4). Install thrust washer (3) , thrust washer (6), shaft (2) , and retaining ring (7).
