Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Disconnect tube assembly (2) from auxiliary water pump (3).
Remove bolts (6) and band clamp (8). Remove elbow (7) and the O-ring seal from auxiliary water pump (3).
Remove bolts (4), cover (5), and the O-ring seal from auxiliary water pump (3).
Remove nuts (1) and auxiliary water pump (3) from the front housing.
