Remove the aftercooler.
Personal injury can result from hot oil.At operating temperature, the hydraulic oil tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns.Remove the fill plug only when the engine is stopped, and the fill plug is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.

Disconnect two hose assemblies (1) and drain the excess hydraulic oil into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Plug all connections.

Secure a lifting strap around the hydraulic cooler, as shown. Attach the strap to Tool (A) .

Remove the four bolts and washers (2) .

Use Tooling (A) in order to remove hydraulic oil cooler (3) from the radiator. The weight of the hydraulic oil cooler is 20 kg (45.0 lb).Installation Procedure

Use Tooling (A) in order to put the hydraulic oil cooler (3) into position on the radiator.

Install the four bolts and washers (2) .

Remove Tooling (A) and remove the lifting strap from the hydraulic oil cooler.

Remove the plugs from the connections and connect two hose assemblies (1) .End By: Install the aftercooler.
