2. Remove the glow plug wire lead assembly (4) from the valve cover.3. Loosen the hose clamp on turbocharger elbow (1). Remove four bolts and elbow (1).4. Remove breather hose (3).5. Remove the bolts that hold the valve cover to the cylinder head. Remove valve cover (2).Install Valve Cover
1. Install a new gasket for the valve cover if needed. Put 5H2471 Cement on the contact surfaces of the gasket and valve cover when a new gasket is installed. 2. Put valve cover (1) in position on the cylinder head. Install the bolts that hold the valve cover in place. Tighten the bolts in number sequence shown to a torque of 8 2 lb.ft. (11 3 N m).3. Put glow plug lead assembly into position on the valve cover and install the bolts that hold the lead assembly in place. Connect the lead assembly to terminal. 4. Install the hose (4) to connect the breather to the tube assembly.5. Install turbocharger gasket and elbow (2) and hose (3) in position.6. Install the hood and muffler on the machine.
