Information:
Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the attachments have been lowered, oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.
Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses, and tubes. This helps to prevent fluid loss and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.

Remove bolt (2) from guard (1). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

Remove four bolts (3).

Remove four bolts (4). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

Attach a hoist and suitable lifting chains to guard (5). Remove guard (5) from the machine. The weight of guard (5) is 59 kg (130 lb).
Use Tooling (A) and shop air to place a vacuum on the hydraulic tank.

Disconnect hydraulic hose assembly (6).
Remove hydraulic tube assembly (9).
Remove tee fitting (7).
Remove hydraulic tube assembly (8).

Disconnect hydraulic tube assembly (12), (13), (14), and (15).

Remove two bolts (16) and guard (17).
Remove two bolts (19) and guard (18).

Remove hydraulic tube assembly (20), (21), (22), and (23).

Disconnect hydraulic hose assembly (24), (25), (26), (27), (28), (29), (30), (31), and (32).
After all hydraulic tubes, hoses, and fittings have been plugged, remove the shop air from Tooling (A) in order to remove the vacuum from the hydraulic tank.

Disconnect electrical connector (33).
Disconnect two electrical connectors (34).
Disconnect two electrical connectors (35).

Attach a suitable lifting sling to the bank valve. Remove four bolts (36) and the nuts.
Remove the bank valve from the machine. The weight of the bank valve is 43 kg (95 lb).
