Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Strip back 50 mm of outer jacket from both ends of the 153-2707 and 134-6258 Cables. Terminate by crimping the 8T-8730 Sockets at the end of wires at each end of cables.

Remove wires P816-WH (pos# 35) and P818?OR (pos# 39) from the AA-C1 connector of the main beam harness. Cut the sockets and wrap the ends of the removed wires with electrical tape. Connect Green color wire of 153-2707 Cable at pos# 35 and Yellow color wire of 153-2707 Cable at pos# 39 in the AA-C1 connector.
Remove wires P825-GN (pos# 16) and P826?WH (pos# 1) from the AA-C11 connector of the main beam harness. Cut the sockets and wrap the ends of the removed wires with electrical tape. Connect Red color wire of 134-6258 Cable at pos# 16 and Black color wire of 134-6258 Cable at pos# 1 in the AA-C11 connector.

Route the 153-2707 and 134-6258 Cables along the Main Beam Harness from the cab side wall harness interface up to RH fore-aft beam harness interface. Support these cables by attaching them to the main beam harness using 7K-1181 Tie-Straps every 200mm along the length of these cables.

Remove wires P816-WH (pos# 2), P818?OR (pos# 8), P825-GN (pos# 7) and P826?WH (pos# 16) from the AA-C2 connector of the main beam harness. Cut the sockets and wrap the ends of the removed wires with electrical tape. Connect the Green color wire of the 153-2707 Cable at pos # 2, the Yellow color wire of the 153-2707 Cable at pos #8, the Red color wire of the 134-6258 Cable at pos # 7 and the Black color wire of the 134-6258 Cable at pos #16 in the AA-C2 connector.
