Follow the steps below to install 153-2767 Ball Valve.

(1) 153-2767 Ball Valve
(2) Jacket Water (JW) Temp Sensor
(3) 183-7264 Fluid Sampling Valve As
Connect 153-2767 Ball Valve (1) inline with 183-7264 Fluid Sampling Valve As (3) (Jacket Water (JW) Scheduled Oil Sampling (SOS)), use 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal.
Follow the same procedure for 183-7264 Fluid Sampling Valve As (3) (Separate Circuit Aftercooling System (SCAC) SOS).Procedure to Install the 153-2767 Ball Valve on G3516H Engines
Follow the steps below to install 153-2767 Ball Valve.

(1) 153-2767 Ball Valve
(2) JW Temp Sensor
(3) 183-7264 Fluid Sampling Valve As
(4) 7E-6016 Gasket
Rotate the cover counter-clockwise by 90 degrees.
Connect 153-2767 Ball Valve (1) in-line with 183-7264 Fluid Sampling Valve As (3) (JW SOS), use 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal. Use 7E-6016 Gasket (4) for cover.
Connect 153-2767 Ball Valve (1) in-line with 183-7264 Fluid Sampling Valve As (3) (SCAC SOS), use 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal.
