A 138-7573 Link Bracket 2 Start By:
Remove the turbochargers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Turbocharger - Remove".
Remove the exhaust bypass valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Exhaust Bypass Valve - Remove and Install".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Remove bolts (1) and support (2) .
Remove bolts (3) and bellows assembly (4) .

Loosen band clamp (5) and band clamp (7) .
Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to exhaust elbow (8) . The weight of exhaust elbow (8) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).
Remove bolts (9) and exhaust elbow (8) .
If necessary, remove the bolts and adapter (6) from exhaust elbow (8) .Installation Procedure

If necessary, install adapter (6) and the bolts on exhaust elbow (8) .
Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to exhaust elbow (8) . The weight of exhaust elbow (8) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).
Position exhaust elbow (8) on the support bracket and install bolts (9) .
Tighten band clamp (7) and band clamp (5) .

Install bellows assembly (4) and bolts (3) .Note: The bellows assembly must be aligned laterally within 18 mm (0.71 inch) of the aftertreatment inlet flange. The bellows assembly may be compressed 18 mm (0.71 inch) axially during installation. Do not extend from the bellows assembly free length during installation.
Install support (2) and bolts (1) .End By:
Install the exhaust bypass valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Exhaust Bypass Valve - Remove and Install".
Install the turbochargers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Turbocharger - Install".
