Description of Change: Improved upshift/downshift switches are available for the machines that are listed above. Generally, failure of the switches does not prevent the machine from shifting properly. However, a failure of the switches causes the following fault codes:

CID-622, FM1-02Adaptable To: The new upshift switch 132-7450 and downshift switch 132-7419 are direct replacements for the former switches. The new switches are identified by inspecting the date code. YYWW is the format for the date code. The code is read in the following manner:
YY = Year of manufacture
WW = Week of the yearThe number 9948 means that the component was manufactured in week 48 of 1999.The fix is considered to have been applied to date codes past the number 9948.
