This new design prevents contamination from getting under the seal in these areas and causing oil leaks.Adaptable To: The improved 168-5248 Isolation Seal replaces the existing seal, which has the same part number. This change is adaptable back to first production on the serial numbers listed above.Torque for the oil pan bolts when using the new 168-5248 Isolation Seal ... 25 6 N m (18 4 lb ft)This change is effective for the serial numbers listed in Table 1.
