Loosen clamp (5), and move hose (6) and hose (7) toward the rear of the machine.

Install elbow (15) onto thermal bypass valve (16). Offset the elbow from the valve by 45 degrees as shown in Illustration 9.

Install swivel elbow (17) onto thermal bypass valve (16). Offset the swivel elbow from the valve by 22 degrees as shown in Illustration 10.

Install elbow (11) onto thermal bypass valve (16). Offset the elbow from the valve by 18 degrees as shown in Illustration .
Install tee (18) onto swivel elbow (17). Connect the top of the tee to the bottom tube at the left of the radiator. Connect hose (7) to the bottom of the tee.
Connect hose (10) to elbow (11). Connect the other end of the hose to top tube at the left of the radiator. Install cap (9) to cap the open port on the top tube.
Connect tee (14) to elbow (15). Connect hose (6) to the bottom port on the tee.
Install orifice nut (12) and reducer (13) to the remaining port on the tee. Connect hose (8) to the reducer.

Ensure hose (6) and hose (7) are properly positioned, then tighten clamp (5).

Top view of installation
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual topic referenced above for instructions.
Operate the engine and check for leaks in the new connections. Repair any leaks as necessary.

Place sheet (4) and the bulk seal into position.

Install bolt (1) and washer (2) in three places. Install bolt (3) and washer (2) in two places.

Correctly align radiator enclosure (19) with the gap dimensions shown in Illustrations 16 and 17.
Close the engine compartment door and enclosure.
