Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on the operator display. Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 43 5.6 °C (110 10 °F).
Read the pressure on the gauge in port "M4" (26). Read the pressure on the gauge in port "M5" (27). The pressure should be equal to a plus/minus specification of 150 kPa (22 psi). If the pressures are equal, go to Step 17. If the pressures are not equal, go to Step 14.

Note: A small movement of the adjustment mechanism is all that will be required. Larger movements will cause left auger movement.
Loosen locknut (30) on the pump adjustment mechanism. Turn adjustment screw (31) until the pressure at port "M4" (26) starts to increase over the pressure at port "M5" (27). Record the pressure reading on the gauge which is attached to the port "M4". Note the angular position of the wrench.
Rotate adjustment screw (31) in the opposite direction until the pressure at port "M5" (27) is equal to the pressure which was recorded during Step 14. Note the angular position of the wrench.
Rotate adjustment screw (31) to the center of the positions which were noted in Step 14 and Step 15. Hold the adjustment screw in place, and tighten locknut (30) to a torque of 10 N m (7 lb ft). Go back to Step 13.
Move throttle control switch (7) to the LOW IDLE position. Hold the switch in this position for less than 1 second.
After the engine reaches low idle, move engine start switch (8) to the OFF position.
Remove the tooling.
Reconnect reverse EDC (28) and forward EDC (29).
Close hopper doors (10), and install four bolts (9) and washers.
If an adjustment was made, calibrate the left auger system. For the calibration procedure, refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, " "Auger Conveyor - Calibrate"." in this publication.Left Conveyor Pump

Remove the plug in port "M4" (33) from left conveyor pump (32) .
Install one Tool (C) in port "M4" (33). Tighten Tool (C) to a torque of 12 N m (9 lb ft).

Remove the plug from port "M5" (34) .
Install one Tool (C) in port "M5" (34). Tighten Tool (C) to a torque of 12 N m (9 lb ft).
Install one Tool (A) on each Tool (B). Connect one Tool (B) to Tool (C) in port "M4" (33). Connect one Tool (B) to Tool (C) in port "M5" (34) .

Disconnect reverse EDC (35).
Disconnect forward EDC (36). Note: Disconnection of the EDC connectors will cause a fault to appear in the monitoring system when the machine is started. After this procedure is completed and the EDC's are reconnected, the fault will no longer be active.
Move engine start switch (8) to the START position. Release the engine start switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes.
