Removal Procedure
Start By:
Purge the air system. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly , "Air System - Purge".

Disconnect hose assembly (1) and hose assembly (2).

Attach two suitable lifting devices onto expansion tank (3). The weight of expansion tank (3) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).
Remove bolts (4). Remove bolts (5). Remove expansion tank (3). Note: The expansion tank can fall when bolts (4) or bolts (5) are removed. Ensure that both ends of the expansion tank are secured properly before remove the mounting bolts.Installation Procedure

Use two suitable lifting devices to install expansion tank (3). The weight of expansion tank (3) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).
Install bolts (5). Install bolts (4). Note: Ensure that both ends of the expansion tank are secured properly as the mounting bolts are installed.

Connect hose assembly (2) and hose assembly (1).
