1. Open the engine access door on the left hand side of the machine.2. Loosen the bolt that holds clamp (2) in place.3. Remove exhaust pipe (1) from muffler (3).4. Loosen the bolt that holds clamp (4) in place.5. Remove muffler (3) from the exhaust elbow. The following steps are for the installation of the muffler.6. Put muffler (3) and clamp (4) in position on the exhaust elbow. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of the clamp bolt, and tighten the bolts to a torque of 28 4 N m (22 3 lb.ft.).7. Put exhaust pipe (1) and clamp (2) in position on muffler (3). Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of the clamp bolt, and tighten the bolt to a torque of 28 4 N m (22 3 lb.ft.).8. Close the engine access door on the left hand side of the machine.
