Problem
The 9T3680 Differential Steering Pump Groups used on certain D6H Tractors do not have serviceable parts. A production 9T3680 Pump Group with serviceable parts needs to be installed.
Affected Product
Following is a list of the Affected Product and a list of the serial numbers of the affected 9T3680 Pump Groups. Ensure that the pump group on the Affected Product is one of the affected pumps before the pump is removed. Parts Needed
Dealers will need to order parts for this Program. 1 - 9T3680 Pump Group 1 - 8T7294 Seal 1 - 4S5898 Seal
Action Required
If the pump group on the Affected Product is one of the affected pumps remove the 9T7099 Pump, which consists of a 9T3680 Pump and a 9T6263 Pump. Separate the 9T6263 Gear Pump from the existing 9T3680 Pump Group. Assemble the 9T6263 Gear Pump to a new 9T3680 Pump Group and install the assembly. If the pump group on the Affected Product is not one of the affected pumps, submit a SIMS report stating PIP not needed.
