1. Remove four bolts (2) and the washers from ladder assembly (1). 2. Position a suitable lifting device around ladder assembly (1). Secure the lifting device to a hoist. Remove four bolts (3) and the washers from ladder assembly (1). Remove ladder (1) from the guard assembly. The weight of ladder (1) is 40 Kg (85 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the ladder assembly. Check all components for wear or damage and replace if necessary. Apply 1U-6396 O-ring Compound to all O-ring seals prior to installation, if applicable. 3. Position a suitable lifting device around ladder assembly (1). Secure the lifting device to a hoist. Put ladder assembly (1) in position on the guard assembly and install four bolts (3) and the washers. The weight of ladder (1) is 40 Kg (85 lb). 4. Install four bolts (2) and the washers in ladder assembly (1).
