Use the crosshair tool to examine information displayed in an expanded tile. The crosshair shows the parameter value and the time that value occurred.Using the Crosshair Tool

The crosshair position determines the reading received at a specific position in a specific moment in time. This feature allows you to track changes that have taken place in the system over time or any particular moment.To use the crosshair tool, perform the following:
Move the cursor into a tile line graph.
Left mouse click to activate the crosshairs.
Move the crosshair horizontally within the tile with the mouse or the arrow keys.Note: When the crosshairs are in use, they appear in all tiles expanded to line graphs. Refer to Illustration 34.

Note: The bar graph is not available when crosshairs are used in the graphs.By placing the crosshair on a bar graph, the bar graph changes to a time-based representation of system information.Note: The crosshair can be canceled by clicking the rightmost square in the top-left tile corner.Arranging Tiles
Moving a Tile
To move an individual tile, simply drag and drop the tile to a new location in the display window. To rearrange the order of the tiles, one tile must be dropped in the desired location. The new tile can also appear at the end of the list of tiles.Grouping Tiles
The groups are separated by lines in the display window. The groups are listed in the "Telemetry" menu. The groups are specified according to the first tile in the group. Organize the tiles by moving a tile to a desired location. The UPSView software automatically updates the groups that are under the "Telemetry" menu.Hiding Tiles
To hide an individual tile, find the name of the tile under the "Telemetry" menu. Select the desired tile in the menu. To hide an entire group of tiles, select the desired group under the "Telemetry" menu.Note: An alternate method of hiding a group of tiles is to double-click the line above that group in the display window.Saving Your Display Configuration
Once you have arranged the tiles in the telemetry window, you can save the configuration so that you may load it whenever you are in the UPSView software.

From the Main Menu Bar, select Save Display Settings.The Save Display Settings window appears. Refer to Illustration 35.
Enter the name that you want to use to identify your display settings file. The name for the that is shown in Illustration 35 is for illustration purposes.
Select "Save".The display settings name is saved to the "UPSView" folder.Loading Your Display Configuration
Once you have saved your Display Configuration, you may load it whenever you are in the UPSView software.

From the Main Menu Bar, select Load Display Settings.The Load Display Settings window appears. Refer to Illustration 36.
Click on your display settings file. The name for the file that is shown in Illustration 36 is for illustration purposes.
Select "Open".The display settings are loaded
