Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install bearings (25) and (30) into housing (1) to a depth of 2.8 0.5 mm (0.11 0.02 inch).
Install O-ring seal (31), plug (32), O-ring seal (29), plug (28), O-ring seal (26), and plug (27) .

Install bearing (23) into gear assembly (17) to a depth of 0.3 mm (0.012 inch).
Install gear assembly (17), retainer (18), and bolts (17) into housing (1) .
Install O-ring seal (20), cover (21), washers (22), and bolts (24) .

Install bearing (14) into adapter assembly (13) to a depth of 4.0 0.5 mm (0.16 0.02 inch).
Install gear assembly (11), O-ring seal (12), adapter assembly (13), washers (15), and bolts (16) .

Install bearing (6) into adapter (4) to a depth of 4.0 0.5 mm (0.16 0.02 inch).
Install gear assembly (2), O-ring seal (3), adapter assembly (4), and bolts (5) in housing (1) .
Install O-ring seal (7), cover (8), washers (9), and bolts (10) .End By: Install the transfer gears. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Transfer Gears - Install".
