Remove nut (4) .
Loosen locknut (2) . Maintain the position of adjustment screw (6) .
Turn adjustment screw (3) clockwise in order to increase the pressure setting. Turn adjustment screw (3) counterclockwise in order to decrease the pressure setting.Note: Turn adjustment screw (3) counterclockwise past the desired pressure setting. Then, turn adjustment screw (3) clockwise to the correct pressure setting. This method of adjusting the pressure setting eliminates any movement in the threads.
Tighten locknut (2) to a torque of 21 N m (185 lb in).Note: Do not allow adjustment screw (3) to rotate when locknut (2) is tightened.
Install nut (4) . Tighten nut (4) to a torque of 21 N m (185 lb in).
Repeat "Test Procedure (Margin Pressure)".Test Preparation (High Pressure Stall)
Move the machine to a smooth horizontal location.
Place the steering control lever in the NEUTRAL position.
Engage the parking brake.
Lower the attachments to the ground.
Stop the engine.
Turn the key to the ON position, but do not start the engine.
Verify that the implement lockout switch is in the UNLOCKED position.
Move the control levers through the full range of travel several times. Note: Moving the control levers will relieve any pressure that may be present in the implement hydraulic system.
Make sure that the pressure in the entire hydraulic system has been released.
Turn the key to the OFF position.

Open the access door on the left side of the machine.

(R5) Implement pump discharge pressure (R6) Load sensing pressure
Attach Tooling (A) or Tooling (B) to load sensing pressure tap (R6) .
Attach Tooling (A) or Tooling (B) to pump discharge pressure tap (R5) .
Start the engine. Warm the hydraulic oil to 55° 10°C (131° 18°F).Test Procedure (High Pressure Stall)
Operate the engine at HIGH IDLE.Note: Due to system limitations HIGH IDLE is limited to 2000 rpm when the machine is in NEUTRAL.
Move the control lever in order to initiate a stall condition in the tilt cylinder.Note: Do not keep the control lever in a stalled condition for more than 10 seconds. Do not return to a stalled condition within 30 seconds of the prior stalled condition.
Read the pump discharge pressure at pressure tap (R5) . Record this pressure into Table 1 of the "Specifications". The pressure reading at pressure tap (R5) should be 25210 450 kPa (3655 65 psi).
Read the load sensing pressure at pressure tap (R6) . Record this pressure into Table 1 of the "Specifications". The pressure reading at pressure tap (R6) should be 23510 250 kPa (3410 36 psi).f
If the value that was obtained in Step 3 is not within specifications and the value that was obtained in Step 4 is not within specifications, perform the steps in "Adjustment Procedure (Load Sensing Relief Valve)".
If the value that was obtained in Step 3 is not within specifications after performing Step 5, perform the steps in "Adjustment Procedure (Pressure Compensator Spool)".Adjustment Procedure (Pressure Compensator Spool)
