Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "General Maintenance Information" for additional information.
Position the work tool in an upright position on a smooth surface and on a level surface.
Stop the machine engine in order to prevent inadvertent movement of the work tool.
Install the transport locking device. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Transport Position" for information on the transport locking device.Note: The host machine must be equipped with a boom lowering control valve in order to perform this procedure. If the host machine is not equipped with a boom lowering control valve, contact your dealer.

(1) 174-6391 Rotator head bolt (outer ring) (2) 8T-4123 Washer
Remove bolt (1) and washer (2) .
Remove old thread lock compound from the threaded hole.
Clean the new 174-6391 Socket head bolt (1) .
Install a new 8T-4123 Washer on the new bolt (1) .

Apply 155-0695 Thread lock compound (A) to bolt (1) .
Install the new bolt (1) into the threaded hole.
Use appropriate tooling in order to apply a torque of 530 70 N
Position the work tool in an upright position on a smooth surface and on a level surface.
