The following issues have been identified in 502-3231 Monitor Software Gp related to the interaction of Machine to Machine messaging (P2P) during the loading cycle.
No Load Reports being processed from Shovels.
Stack Overflow Error seen in MineTracking.
Functionality for the Trigger Load Report using distance key is not working.Solution
Caterpillar is aware of this problem, but a permanent repair has not been identified. As an interim action, execute the following solutions to ensure that the loading cycle is working correctly.
Switching input to trigger truck to move out from Terrain, this action allows correct ordering of Machine to Machine messaging (P2P).
Changing "$ Load To Travel State" key to active state in the Trucks "Topeconfig.txt" file when an xIM module is used on the onboard Truck. This action allows the trucks load report to trigger onboard traveling loaded state changes which then provides correct ordering of Machine to Machine messaging (P2P).If any cycle issues occurred after upgrading to Terrain 5.2.1 and Tope 3.5 or Tope 3.6, apply the two Interim Corrective Actions (ICA) above and contact Dealer Solution Network (DSN) or the Cat Technical Communicator (TC) for further assistance.
