Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the lift link. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hitch (Lift Link) - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.

Remove the bolt, the washer and spacer (1). Position sensor linkage (2) out of the way.

Remove the bolt, washer (3), and washer (4) from both lifting arms.

Fasten a suitable lifting device to the lifting arms. Remove the bolt, the washer and spacer (5). Remove pin (6) .

Raise the lifting arms enough to clear hitch cylinders (7). Place a wood block under the lifting arm that is not being removed.

Mark the location of lifting arm (8) and shaft (9) for installation purposes. Attach a suitable lifting device to the lifting arm and remove the lifting arm. The weight of the lifting arm is 45 kg (98 lb).Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to the lifting arm and install the lifting arm. The weight of the lifting arm is 45 kg (98 lb). Install the lifting arm. Use the marks on the lifting arm (8) and shaft (9) .

Raise the lifting arms enough to clear hitch cylinders (7). Remove the wood block under the lifting arm that is not being removed.

Fasten a suitable lifting device to the lifting arms. Install pin (6). Install the bolt, the washer and spacer (5).

Install the bolt, washer (3), and washer (4) on both lifting arms.
