Remove and discard the current seat belt assembly and hardware.
Install the new seat belt.

Machines that do not require the harness on the seat belt group can have the harness clipped off. Discard the harness that was removed. Be careful not to damage the belt.

View of the left side of the seat with the new harness.
Place washer (2) on bolt (3). Then hold one spacer (1) against the threaded boss located on the left side of the seat frame. Install the left side of the new seat belt group (4) using bolt (3) and washer (2). Tighten bolt (3) to a torque of 70 15 N m (52 11 lb ft).

Place the anchor for seat belt (4) on bolt (5). Then place angle (6) on bolt (5) and hold one spacer (1) against the threaded boss located on the right side of the seat frame. Secure the right side of new seat belt group (4) using bolt (5). Tighten bolt (5) to a torque of 70 15 N m (52 11 lb ft).
