Remove Tooling (C) from radiator guard (28) .Note: Machines with electronically controlled engines have a crank without injection plug. The crank without injection plug disables the fuel injection system. The crank without injection plug allows the engine to crank without starting the engine.

Disconnect plug (27) and connect plug (26) to the harness in order to disable the fuel injection. Disconnect plug (26) and connect plug (27) to the harness in order to enable the fuel injection.
Turn the start switch to the START position. Crank the engine for one second. Move the implement control lever to the LOWER position. Continue cranking the engine. Do not crank the engine for more than 30 seconds. Allow the starting motor to cool for five minutes before you crank the engine again.Note: If the implement control lever moves to the LOWER position before you crank the engine for one second. The radiator guard will not tilt.

Install pins (25) .

Position manifold (24). The weight of manifold (24) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Remove the suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) .

Install clamps (23) .

Install bolts (22) .

Position hoses in bracket (20). Install plate (19) and bolts (18) .

Install pin retainer (17) on both sides. Connect clip (16) .

Position condenser (13). Install bolts (14). Connect hose clips (15) .

Connect harness assembly (12) .

Position drain valve (10). Install bolts (9). Connect tube (8). Install adapter (7). Connect hose assemblies (2). Slide hoses (3) and (4) toward the front of the machine. Tighten clamps (5) and (6). Connect hose clips (1) .
Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" and Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacitites (Refill)".End By:
Install the front bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard - Install".
Install the radiator tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Tank - Remove and Install".
Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Install".
