$ Toolbar Description - This key identifies the tool that the description applies to. The key also includes the new description for the tool. Two examples of the use of the Toolbar Description keys are:

Dynamic toolbars are closed automatically after a period of inactivity. If a toolbar is not used, then the toolbar is closed eight seconds after it is opened. If the toolbar is used, then it is closed after three seconds of inactivity. The delays can be modified for automatic toolbar closure. The automatic closure of toolbars can also be disabled altogether.
Open the "CAESultra menu" and select the "Systems" menu option. The "Systems" sub menu is opened.
Select the "Auto Toolbar Cancel" menu option in order to change the state. A check mark beside this menu option indicates that the toolbars will be closed automatically. If this option is unchecked, the automatic closure of toolbars is disabled.$ Toolbar Start Cancel Time - This key specifies how long the toolbar will remain open after the toolbar has been initially activated.$ Toolbar Inactive Cancel - This key specifies how long the toolbar will remain open after use. For example, in order to configure a toolbar to close ten seconds after it opens (but is not used), and once it is used, to close after five seconds of inactivity the keys would be defined as follows:
$ Toolbar Start Cancel Time =10000
$ Toolbar Inactive Cancel Time =5000If these two toolbar cancel keys are not enabled, then the default behavior applies.
