Illustration 1 g03796246Mount the mounting bracket of the fire extinguisher on the front left side of the machine forward of the left engine compartment. This location (1) is to be below the top of the radiator guard and at least 75 mm (3.0 inch) away from grab handles. Attach the mounting bracket of the fire extinguisher to the existing mounting holes in that location. If the machine has a sweep assembly (3), strap the fire extinguisher (2) to the back side of the left leg of the sweep. This location is to be near the radiator guard.Consult your Cat dealer for the proper procedure for mounting the fire extinguisher.
