Remove blade.

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to lift cylinder.

Remove the retaining bolt (2). Remove pin (3) and shims (1). Mark the shims for installation purposes.
Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the opposite side of machine.

Retract lift cylinder (4).
Reinstall pin (3) and retaining bolt (2). Attach a suitable lifting device to pin (3).
Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for the opposite side of the machine.
Install Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to support the front of C-frame (5) during the removal of C-frame

Disconnect hose assemblies (6).
Repeat Step 8 for the opposite side of the machine.

Remove pipe plug (7).

Remove dowel (8). Remove pin (9) and shim (10). Mark shims (10) for installation purposes.
Repeat Steps 10 and 11 for the opposite side of the machine.
Remove C-frame (5) from the machine. The weight of C-frame (5) is approximately 998 kg (2200 lb).Installation Procedure
Install C-frame (5) in the reverse order of removal.
