Release the system hydraulic pressure.
Hot oil and components can cause personal injury.Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.
Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Use a second person to support (1) while removing the bolts. Remove guards (1).

Remove platform assemblies (2).

Remove platform assembly (3) and brace (4)

Disconnect hose assembly (6) from cooler bypass (8). Disconnect bracket (7).

Disconnect tube assemblies (9) and (10) from cooler bypass (8).

Remove bolts (11) and cooler bypass (8).

Remove retaining ring (13) and valve assembly (12). Remove plugs (14) and (15).

Remove plug (16) from cooler bypass (8). Use Tooling (A) in order to remove valve (17). Installation Procedure
Install cooler bypass (8) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten plugs (16) and (15) to a torque of 93 8 N m (69 6 lb ft).
Tighten plug (14) to a torque of 150 15 N m (111 11 lb ft).
