Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of bolt (41). Install valve group (42) and bolt (41). Tighten bolt (41) to a torque of 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in). Install O-ring seal (40).

Install flange assembly (38) and screws (39).

Install O-ring seal (37) onto base (35).
Install O-ring seals (34) onto plate (36).
Install base (35), plate (36), and bolts (33). Tighten bolts (33) to a torque of 4 1 N m (35 9 lb in).

Install O-ring seals (32) onto plate (29).
Install plate (29), the shim, and bolt (31). Tighten bolt (31) to a torque of 4 N m (35 lb in).
Install pads (30) and screws (28). Tighten screws (28) to a torque of 0.4 N m (4 lb in).

Install O-ring seal (25) onto handle (26).
Install element (24), handle (26), and retaining ring (27).

Install the O-ring seal, housing assembly (23), and bolts (22). Tighten bolts (22) to a torque of 50 10 N m (37 7 lb ft).
Install filter assembly (21).

Install nut (19), guide (20), nut (17), and screen (16) onto rod (18). Assemble the screen assembly to Dimension (X). Dimension (X) is 790.00 2.00 mm (31.102 0.079 inch). Tighten nut (19) to a torque of 29 5 N m (21 4 lb ft). Tighten nut (17) to a torque of 18 2 N m (159 18 lb in).
Install O-ring seal (15) in screen (16).

Install cover assembly (14) and bolts (13).
Install cover (12) and bolts (11). Tighten bolts (12) to a torque of 30 5 N m (22 4 lb ft).
Install screen assembly (10) and spring (9).

Install cap assembly (8).
Install cover (7) and bolts (6).

Install switch assembly (4). Tighten switch assembly (4) to a torque of 14 1 N m (124 9 lb in).
Install O-ring seal (5) and pipe (3) into flange assembly (2).

Install pipe (3), flange assembly (2), and bolts (1). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 50 10 N m (37 7 lb ft). End By:
