Use Tooling (A) in order to remove valve guides (1) from the cylinder head. Installation Procedure

Apply clean engine oil on the outside diameter of valve guide (1).

Use Tooling (A) and (B) in order to install valve guides (1).
The inside diameter of valve guide (1) after installation must be 9.484 0.025 mm (0.3734 0.0010 inch). End By:
Install the inlet and exhaust valves. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Inlet and Exhaust Valves - Remove and Install".
