Unscrew and remove the "Module 1 Cell 1" fill port cap (3). Remove the cell fill cap (3) slowly. Press down on the cap during removal. The cell may be slightly pressurized. Prepare a paper towel to absorb any liquid that comes out of the cell.

Remove the cap (4) from one Lagavulin dosing bottle (5).

(6) Fill port opening
Place tip of bottle into cell fill port opening. Make sure that the bottle is pointing straight down into the liquid.

Squeeze bottle firmly until all liquid has squirted into the cell. Refer to Illustration 4.
Move the bottle tip away from the cell before releasing to avoid sucking/drawing liquid back into the bottle.
Check to make sure that bottle is empty. The empty bottle ensures that the cell received the proper amount.
Use a paper towel to wipe off any drops of liquid from the tip and outside of the bottle.
Place the cap (4) back on bottle. Put the bottle back in shipping box for reuse.
Wait 1 minute to allow the Lagavulin to dissipate inside the cell.
Place fill cap (3) back on cell. Be careful not to overtighten the fill cap (3).
Repeat process for all cells in the system.
Be careful that each cell only receives one bottle of Lagavulin.
Install the fill cap on the cell and torque to 0.8 N m (7 lb in).
Use a damp paper towel to clean up any drops of liquid in the cell fill port area. Dispose of used paper towels and gloves appropriately.
Place all empty bottles back in the shipping box. The box should be returned to the factory so the bottles can be rinsed and reused.Trane Dosing
Verify that the system has been idle for 15 or more minutes or that the modules have been in EMS for more than 15 minutes. The time allows the needed time for the cells to stop bubbling. To put the module in EMS, select the module command that is labeled "Enter EMS" and select the appropriate module. To remove the module from EMS, select the module command that is labeled "Exit EMS" and select the appropriate module.

Remove the Trane plug cap (10) from the cell. Take care not to break the plastic cap (10).

(11) Trane plug holder
Unscrew the Trane plug holder (11) that is at the top of the cell. Continue to unscrew the plug holder (11) until the plug holder can be removed.

(12) Orange retaining mesh
Pull the Trane plug holder (11) straight up out of the cell. Do not pull at an angle.

Remove the orange retaining mesh (12).

(13) Foil removed
Remove the remaining foil (13) inside the holder. Insert a new foil rectangle into the slot.
Use a paper towel to clean the threads on the Trane plug holder.
Install the Trane plug holder with the new foil into the cell. Installation of the Trane plug holder into the cell is
