"Queued" - This status is displayed when the files cannot be sent. The files will be queued until an appropriate time when the files can be sent.

"In Progress" - This status is displayed when the display and the office software are transferring a file. Note: When using FTP, a green "Starting" status may appear before the "In Progress" status appears.

"Complete" - This status is displayed when the transfer of a file has occurred successfully. This status will not update until a new file is sent or until the File Transfer Diagnostic dialog is restarted.Note: The transfer of small files is fast and you may not see the status change for each file. The list of transferred files can be used to verify the transfer of these smaller files.

"Error" - This status only appears when using FTP. The message will appear for 30 seconds before CAESultra will attempt to send another file. After the attempt is made, the status will change to one of the settings that were discussed earlier.Note: When using FTP or UDP, the Server Status does not show an active connection unless a file is being sent. The connection does not appear because the session is closed when no files are being transferred. The connection is reopened when a file is sent.The following pertains to the "List" view.
Only one entry appears for each file that is being transferred.
The state of the file transfer for each file is updated automatically.
Queued files will automatically be resent when CAESultra restarts.
Multicast snippets appear while the snippets are being transferred. The snippets disappear from the list when the transfer is complete.Transfer Statistics Group
The Transfer Statistics group provides the following information about the files that are being sent.Sent - The number of files that have been sent to the office since CAESultra was startedKilobytes - The total number of kilobytes of data that was transferred since CAESultra was startedTime - The elapsed time since CAESultra was startedQueued - The total number of files that are awaiting transfer from CAESultraRetries - The total number of retries of file transfers since CAESultra was startedFailed - The total number of file transfers that have failed since CAESultra was startedThe server connection can fail in the following circumstances:
When the machine moves out of range of the reference station
When there is heavy traffic on the network
