Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the wheel (final drive). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel (Final Drive) - Remove and Install".
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.

Loosen bolts (1).
Loosen nut (3) and turn bolt (2) in order to loosen the tension on the chain.

The track has been removed for photographic purposes.
Remove the bolts and cover (2).

Remove cotter pins (3), plate (5), and master link (4).

Remove chain (6) from sprocket (7).

Remove chain (6) from sprocket (8). Installation Procedure

Install chain (6) on sprocket (8).

Install chain (6) on sprocket (7).

Install master link (4), cotter pins (3), and plate (5).

The track has been removed for photographic purposes.
Install cover (2) and the bolts.

Turn bolt (2) in order to tighten the tension on the chain. Tighten nut (3).
Tighten bolts (1).
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position. End By:
Install the wheel (final drive). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel (Final Drive) - Remove and Install".
